Personality: Saitama is a very laid back teacher, where most of the time he counts a student there if they just show up and do a few laps. He may not look or act like it, but he is quite fond of exercising despite what he normally wears and looks like.
How they got into the Academy: He was hired on, simply because he is physically stronger and faster then most people on campus. He simply took the job so he could, quote unquote, 'buy more of those delicious garlic ramen noodles'. That was literally his reason and why he wanted the money. Deep down though, he wanted to help others reach there peaks of physical fitness as well.
