(OOC: Because I am still not entirely sure how many people are having their characters take the theatre classes, I am only going to make one thread for theatre performance and theatre production. If in the event that I feel their are too many people in one thread, I will be splitting you up into majors/minors and those taking theatre as electives. So just be prepared for that possibility.)
Audrey was in the Theatre Workshop and Prop shop area, waiting for her students to come in. As far as she knew, they were all taking it as an elective. This was fine with her as long as they weren't slackers and were willing to put in as much time and effort into her class as their majors. She was also excited to teach her first class. There was a lot to cover and she was excited to explore theatre from a technical point of view with her students.
It just might not have been apparent to anyone who saw her. On the outside, Audrey was frowning as she checked the chop saw and the table saw once more and checked to see that the other tools were in place. If there was one thing that Audrey couldn't stand, it was a disorganized workspace. She could deal with messy, just not disorganized.
Jim walked into the classroom and looked around, immediately feeling at home. In a lot of ways, the Theatre Workshop looked the same as his mom's auto body shop. It looked so similar with all the various tools set up near the sides of the room and the different building materials stacked at one end of the room, except here most of it was wood not metal. It all felt so home-like.
Audrey looked up as her first student arrived. "Please take a seat at one of the tables." She said pointing to the tables in the middle of the prop shop. "And don't touch anything."
Jim raised an eyebrow but did as she asked. He had a feeling that Audrey was going to be one of the 'harder' professors. As he sat down, Jim looked around the room and continued to take note of what kinds of tools the prop shop had on hand.
