A few days after their second prank, the Triplets decided to try the library venue again. The last one had gone well so they were hoping to test that success again. Hopefully, they weren't pushing their luck as they had no idea if anyone had reported their prank to the Head Librarian or if there was currently a petition going around to get them banded from the library. Hubert in particular hoped this wouldn't happen, he had always liked reading and it was always a bit irksome when he and his brothers got banded from libraries. After all, they were only trying to bring a little excitement to the place.
This time their target were the books on Archery which meant they were once again pranking the sports section. Grinning to themselves, the Triplets opened their backpacks and pulled out a bunch of book jackets that they had salvaged from recycled books and secondhand store donations. This had required raiding a lot of thrift store donation bins and even a bit of dumpster diving in some cases. Thankfully, their aunt had been a little preoccupied with fumigating the house and deodorizing the three of them to remember to ask how they got so smelly.
Once they had their supplies, Hamish and Harris casually walked through the sports section and covered every archery book with a book jacket. Most book jackets had come from books on cooking, sewing and knitting. There was even one on the etiquette of how to properly drink tea and one on diction. Those had been some interesting finds and the Triplets had taken particular care in recovering those book jackets.
While Harris and Hubert were covering the archery books, Hubert had been picking out books on ballroom dance and music theory. He had also found one odd book on the history of arranged marriages. It was such a bizarre topic to Hubert that he had to include it in the prank. Once he had a large pile of books, Hubert casually made his way back to his brothers where the three of them began covering the books that Hubert had found with book jackets from Archery books and placed the 'modified' books on the shelves in the sports section.
The prank was complete. Grinning madly to each other, the three boys zipped up their backpacks, picked out a book and sat down at one of the tables to wait and see what would happen.

Merida threw her backpack on to the table within the psychology section, which was by the sports. She let her wild hair down, took a deep breath, and pulled out her textbook and homework.
When she heard three sets of giggles, and heard a bunch of shuffling and page flipping, the girl grew annoyed. She was clearly trying to study... But still, she seemed delighted by the sound of ruckus. Rough housing and horse play and messes were something she hadn't experienced in years... Not since she lost contact with her brothers.
Cautiously, Merida stood, pulled up her hood, and snuck behind the book shelves. She saw three little red heads, switching books, and giggling their heads off. As soon as the three were finished, she stepped out of the shadows of the aisle.
"And just what do you think yer doin'?" she said, crossing her arms. "And why wasn't I invited?" The triplets weren't facing Merida, so she had no idea who they were.

Before the Triplets could leave the 'scene of the crime' as it were and find a safe spot to watch the show, they got caught. The three of them froze as an annoyed but possibly amused voice came from behind them and asked what they were doing. The three of them gulped and looked at each other. What were they going to say? Was their aunt going to find out? Were they in trouble?
Harris and Hamish were considering just bolting for the door and were about to make a break for it when Hubert frowned and slowly turned around. There had been something very familiar about the voice. A very familiar something that he hadn't heard since before their parents had died. When Hubert turned around, he saw a teenage girl with long red hair that was somewhat concealed beneath a hood and was just as curly as his own. Hubert's eyes went wide with shock.
"Merida?!?!" He asked. This caused Harris and Hamish to turn around immediately as well. They too recognized their sister.
"MERIDA!!!" The three of them shouted at the top of their lungs as they raced towards their sister and swamped her in a three way hug.
