[Hitomi walked into the Teacher's lounge, she rubbed her eyes. Her ears lower as her eyes followed to where she walked. She went to grab a cup of coffee, as she had did, she took a sip from her drink. A sigh left her lips.] Hah.. [Her ears raise up, a small smile of content on her lips.] Such nice students...

"Is that a genuine observation or a tiny bit of sarcasm?" Asked a voice behind Hitomi.
Tara had been sitting in the Teacher's Lounge, working on her lessons plans for the next two weeks and trying to figure out a few last minute details before classes really started to pick up speed. There were still a few things she needed to figure out based on who would be in her classes. This was also one of the rare times when her nephews were not trailing along side her. The boys had told her that they were going to go by the library to do some 'research'. Tara could only hope that was what they were actually doing and not going to prank some poor unsuspecting soul.
As these thoughts ran through her head, Tara decided she could use a coffee as well. Closing her lesson book, Tara got up and joined the other teacher at the coffee machine. "I'm Tara MacQueen, by the way. I'm the new Visual Arts Professor. Who might you be?" Tara introduced herself as she poured herself a cup of coffee.

Oh, it was of genuine. [Hitomi looked back, ears twitch as she smiled softly sipping her coffee.] I am Hitomi Shinonome. I'm the French Professor.

Tara smiled at Hitomi's answer. "Let's hope it stays that way." Tara said with a slight chuckle. After all, who knew what the upcoming semester would bring? At least Tara didn't have to worry too much about this professor coming to see her about her boy's antics. She was fairly certain that they were not taking French, despite how much she had encouraged them to take at least one language class.
The other professor seemed like a nice enough person, perhaps on the quiet side though. At that thought, Tara couldn't help but think of her nephew Hubert. She wondered what he would have thought about Hitomi. "It's lovely to meet you Hitomi. Have you been teaching French here?" Tara asked as she took a sip of her own coffee.

It is my first time, so I'm new. [Hitomi said as she looked at Tara, with a smile. She loved students, sometimes, was very concerned when she noticed some sadness mixed with anger in the eyes, characteristics were easy to catch in her eyes. She worries about their grades, trouble life, or feelings that are mixed up. Hitomi would always help the students, and support them to pass and hopefully graduate College.] And it's lovely to meet you too, Tara. [She smiled softly, as she fixed her glasses a bit.]

Tara nodded as she gave Hitomi a smile. "So have your classes started yet?" She asked the other teacher, trying to get to know her a bit better. It was nice to have a quiet conversation with someone without having to worry about....
"MS MACQUEEN!" The high pitched, screechy voice of the librarian pierced through the quiet of the teacher's lounge. The stern librarian was herding three little red-headed boys, who looked rather sheepish and a bit contrite. "I have said I will NOT, repeat, will NOT have these, Hooligans in My library Unsupervise!" The librarian said, glaring at the triplets. Tara sighed. 'So much for a quiet moment.' She thought. "Yes, of course Mz. Malcom." Mz. Malcom gave the Triplets a parting glare before briskly leaving the teacher's lounge.
Tara raised an eyebrow at the boys who grinned sheepishly at her and shrugged in unison. "We will talk about this later, boys." She told them sternly. The three of the nodded sadly. Hamish and Hubert went to the couch and sat down. Hamish pulled out a deck of cards and started playing a game of solitaire while Hubert pulled out a book he had managed to swipe from the library before they had been dragged out. As for Harris, he stayed by his aunt's side and looked curiously at Hitomi.
