Somone Willing to Play?

So this isn't right now but i am hoping and kind of looking for someone who would be willing to play Kanji Tatsumi in the future from Persona 4. It isn't really something that I ask often, and i know a few people have their future characters already lined up but i am kind of hoping someone would be willing to play him.

I do have a rule about this though

-You must know persona 4 the show and have seen it. (this is really just me, but Persona 4 is a big series that is near and dear to my heart and i want someone who has at least seen or know the character before deciding) if you take him and don't know the show i will know.
