Chihiro walked into the cafe, it was fairly empty, Chihiro guessing it was because it just opened. He placed his laptop on a table and ordered a drink of water. Sitting back down, he opened the laptop and turned on the newest program he had been working on. A face belonging to an AI appeared on the screen and seemed to smile at him "Good morning, master." It spoke enthusiastically, to which Chihiro smiled "Good morning, Alter Ego."

When Cass saw that saw someone coming in, she saw that it was a small teen in a dress. She smiled at him and when he ordered water, she gave it to him with a small smile. She was looking around for Hiro to meet the customer. "Hiro!" She called out; he rushes down the stairs, almost tripping over Mochi, again, and stumbled upon the counter. "What's up, Aunt Cass?" "Well, this young, man came in with a computer, why don't you go and talk to him." She suggested; he walks over to him and sits and sees on what he is doing on his computer. "So, what what are you working on?" He asked, with a smile grin.

Chihiro turned to Hiro and smiled nervously, a bit nervous at someone seeing his work in progress "This is 'Alter Ego.' Alter Ego is an AI I've been working on, but it still needs some work." He took a drink of his water. Alter Ego looked at Hiro and smiled "Good morning..." It turned to Chihiro, not knowing Hiro's name. Chihiro quickly typed it in and Alter Ego smiled "Hiro."

When he saw that the young guy was working on some sort of program, he raises his eyebrow in interest. "Alter Ego, eh? Sounds very, interesting. Is it a computer program that you are working on?" He asked, and grabbed his chair as he sat by him. "Why, hello there. Al.." He greeted, and awkwardly waved at the computer screen. The program knew his name right away as soon as his types it in. Interesting.

Chihiro nodded "I've been working on it for a few days now. I can type in a question, and it uses the information it learns to answer. For example, Alter Ego didn't know your name until I told your name to it." He took out a notepad and wrote some notes "I hope to get it fully functioning soon."

As he heard him mentioning that he's been working on this program for a couple of days, he looks at the program and he could tell that he's been working hard on it. Even that one example of him typing up his name in when the Al didn't know his name at first. "Hm, sounds like an interesting program. I like it." He comments, and softens his grin; he saw him taking notes and saw that they will be useful for the conclusion of each interaction. Hiro, hearing his comment about him having hope of his program working, looked at him with confidence. "I'm sure the program will work. It looks great so far. Keep it up." He said, and winked at him.

"Thank you." Chihiro smiled and pointed to the computer screen "You can try to ask Alter Ego a question if you'd like. If he doesn't understand it, he'll look to you for the answer. If that happens, just type in the answer." He prepared to write more notes down "I'd like to observe what it'll do when asked a question by someone other than me."

This young student did look happy to show him everything on his computer, which made him smile. Him asking AL a question could be interesting and yet, can see what the response was. "Oh ok." He said with a nod, and turned to face the computer. "So, AL what is the main components of robotics." He asked, and waited for the computer to answer.

AL seemed to close it's eyes for a moment and it's eyes snapped open "The main 8 components of robotics are Actuation, Motors, Stepper Motors, Piezo Motors, Air Muscles, Electroactive polymers, Elastic Nanotubes, and Manipulations." AL smiled in satisfaction. Chihiro scribbled notes down.

When Hiro saw that the AL was able to answer the questions really quickly, he nods as though he was pretty impressed by what he just saw. It was amazing that he actually got to see a student working on a program that could make it interact with him or other people. This program could make Tony pretty impressed since he is the professor for computers. "Wow, I like it. This program could make anyone feel impressed... I like it." He said, and gave him a thumbs up. He even saw him taking notes as AL said the answer, and he thought that he was pretty observant of this. "Chihiro, I do like where this is going." He complimented, and smiled at him.

He was glad himself, that he liked the invention as well, and he did like AL. "I do, you are doing a great job on the invention so far, I can imagine the computer professor liking it." He complimented, with a small wink. He could imagine any student becoming impressed with that one invention, even a computer student would take it into approval!

"I'd like to work on it some more before showing to Mr. Stark." He typed something into the computer. AL nodded and closed it's eyes "Good night." The program closed down.

He did hear his comment about working on it first before showing it to the professor first, which was completely understandable. He did remember a long time ago that he was working on his microbots for a couple of nights with Tadashi first before bringing them to the showcase to show Callahan. He even thought it was a good idea before jumping the shark and showing it right away. "Well, that does sound like a good idea. You go do that, and improving the invention does sound good to me." He said, with a small smile and pats his shoulder. He then saw the AL saying something, and it shuts down. "So, Chihiro, how are you liking the academy so far?" He asked, with a small smile, as he hoped that he was looking forward to working with him in class.

Chihiro closed his laptop "I really like it so far. My roommate is nice, and I've made a couple friends already. And the computer lab has some of the best equipment I've ever seen."
