Personality: Fun, kind, smart, caring, a bit of a ditz sometimes and above all an Otaku!
History: Lucy loves anything to do with anime, manga or just Japan in general, so when she was younger she took an online course and started from there, soon her Japanese was fluent and people would almost mistake her for being half japanese ^^. Now she does speak English as well so don't worry, but there is one thing, Lucy happens to be the President of the SFIoT's Anime Club! she holds a meeting in the Japanese Classroom on every Monday and enjoys talking with others about anime and manga.
Side note: She is the slightly younger sister of Tamaki ^^
How they got into the Academy: she took an entrance exam but she took the japanese written one instead of the English one and passed with flying colors
